UnaVista is the London Stock Exchange's matching, reconciliation and data integration service, our customers being tier 1 investment banks, hedge funds, brokers and other financial institutions. All instances of UnaVista are hosted by the Exchange. It is a ‘rich internet application’, written in Java with a SQL Server back end, and pure HTML/Javascript front end.

Due to continued organic growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Manager to look after the Bucharest base QA and Development teams. In this role you will lead a team of 20+ QA and Software engineers and team leaders and manintain and enhance UnaVista platform, in accordance with the requirements specified by the Product Management, Product Solutions and Professional Services teams.

As a Development & QA Manager you will be responsible for managing your key stakeholders, balancing the workload of the team and ensuring work is delivered on schedule to agreed scope. Mentoring, coaching  and developing the team ans well as driving contious process improvement will be also part of your day to day activities.

Key requirements:

• Strong track record of leading software and quality assurance teams using specific project and development methodologies
• Exceptional communicator who inspire and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
• Comfortable understanding business needs and developing transformative solutions
• Proven experience in project management/ project delivery, knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Desired technical background: Java, Javascript, SQL
