Quality Project Team Member Engineer - Timis

Valeo Timisoara is part of the Visibility Systems and began lighting production in September 2005, growing annually, with about 1500 employees today. Production is divided into three units: Original Equipment (OEM), Aftermarket - Service Market (AFM) and Special Products (SP).

In our manufacturing plant, we produce front and rear lighting systems that work with the latest technology and use complex injection, coating, varnishing, metallization and assembly processes.

Experience of 2 years in Quality;
Engineer degree;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Advanced level of English;
Customer oriented and good communication skills.

Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix;
Ensure CIP is respected and especially Build In Quality Standards : SPPC tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier thru the VRFs;
Verify LLCs have been used and respected;
Update the quality documents following a product / process related change;
Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Risc;
Participate to the pre-FDPR and FDPR - collect encountered issues and open corresponding Project QRQCs (Quick Response Quality Control);
Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off;
Participate to the project QRQC and complete the assignments out of QRQC meeting on time;
Collect all the issues on a weekly basis to build the single list of issues;
Update the project quality tracking charts : Convergence graph;
Along the Project QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and Stop at first disagree and Stop at first no are applied;
Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results;
Initiate QRQCs in the case of DV or PV test failures;
Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
