Supply Chain Project Team Member - Timis

Valeo Timisoara is part of the Visibility Systems and began lighting production in September 2005, growing annually, with about 1500 employees today. Production is divided into three units: Original Equipment (OEM), Aftermarket - Service Market (AFM) and Special Products (SP).

In our manufacturing plant, we produce front and rear lighting systems that work with the latest technology and use complex injection, coating, varnishing, metallization and assembly processes.

Experience of 2 years on a similar position in Logistics;
Engineering degree or equivalent;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Advanced English;
Customer oriented and good communication skills.

Set up and implement all Supply Chain activities for new products from suppliers and customers;
Prepare FPD in terms of logistics;
Is responsible for correctives actions plan follow up after FPD;
Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by project teams;
Manage the P1/P0 new products supply chain:
Make shipments of P1/P0 deliveries;
Define components deliveries and finished goods schedules for pre serial production;
Validate closed orders placed by purchasing;
Participate in the line/industrial transfer projects;
Apply the supply chain standards to new products and suppliers;
Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000 and ISO 14001 requirements where applicable;
Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
