•Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial field of study;
•Previous customer service experience is a plus.
•Fluncy in English
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;

•Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
•As a Customer Service Representative you will influence and serve all company 's customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the company customer experience.
•Provide customer base with expert advice and solutions.
•Your participation in all activities, training on products: hands-on and on services is essential to prepare you for your next step in an outside sales role.
