    Requirements

    •Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance processes with strong knowledge & focus on at least one process stream (end to end);
    •English (spoken and written), operational level (minimum requirement);
    •Strong hands on Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Powerpoint);
    •Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well organized; opend minded and adaptable in a fast changing environment; quick learner
    •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels in all departments and companies both within the Group;
    •Good prioritization and time management skills;
    •Exposure to SAP

    Responsibilities

    •Design, develop and implement the approach, standards and procedures for metrics/KPI calculations and any on-going improvement initiatives related to this
    •Conducts regular and ad hoc Customer service reporting (metrics calculations),
    •Facilitates the development of new tools, approaches to be more efficient in data calculation
    •Performs on monthly basis the “Monthly reporting”, by calculating the predefined metrics according to the exiting operating procedures
    •Ensure a prompt collection of information from all Service Lines
    •Ensures the accuracy of calculated and provided data
    •Validates the obtained results and compares to previous months results
    •Prepares and fill in support data for PRM and any other forum related to the KPI
    •Prepares on daily basis predefined and ad hoc data for any potential period of Hypercare, but not limited to
    •Ensures, prepares, updates and provides data support for any related Regional presentation, meeting etc.
