Advanced English language and Serbian mandatory
Bachelor's Degree, technical, automotive, 3+ years’ experience in a sales/technical (is a plus but not mandatory)
Aftermarket experience is a plus
IAM market understanding & overview
Presentation & training skills
PC skills. Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Organized, self-motivated, able to perform the responsibilities with limited supervision
Driving license B
Manages, educates, and train customer’s sales force, product management, garage’s technicians
Supports customers business development by marketing activity within designated budget and region
Collect, analyzes and report market information
Manage/maintain communication with market structures to identify and appropriately take action on potential opportunities and challenges
Attends national & regional trade shows
Travel – As needed – approximate 70% (+ or – 10%) out of office.
Maintains budgets and expenses to expected levels and guidelines.
Any other duties as assigned.
