SAP Cloud for Customer Consultant - Bosch Bucharest

What distinguishes you:

• At least 2 years of technical experience with SAP Cloud for Customer and/or SAP CRM - including but not limited to solution development
• Customizing and PDI Development knowledge.
• SAP Cloud Applications Studio will be a plus
• Proven record of being involved in technical implementation projects in the field of SAP Cloud for Customer and/or SAP CRM
• Strong understanding of technical solution design for SAP Cloud for Customer and/or SAP CRM
• Expertise in implementation of technical requirements to fulfill business needs
• Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile methods
• Experience within SAP Cloud for Customer with global scope projects (being part of international teams)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience within UX in IT product/projects will be a plus
• Very good English

• Fulfillment of technical requirements and implement them into a global CRM template
• Drive the implementation of global requirements
• Lead creation of functional design to develop standard SAP Cloud for Customer solutions
• Technical interface to business for SAP Cloud for Customer solutions and services
• Drives the implementation, standardization, simplification and integration process of CRM technologies in a global team considering the defined roadmap
• Manage and support the business adoption and business process support after Go-Live
• Ensure integration of SAP Cloud for Customer solutions across functions in running IT products
• Work in an international Agile/SCRUM project
