Your contribution to something big

• Identify and analyze specific Compliance risks in the area of responsibility (topics include corruption, fraud, breach of trust, etc.) and if necessary, coordinate and conduct internal investigations
• Monitor and regularly audit Bosch's compliance under GDPR and other applicable data protection laws and policies, including implementation of Bosch's privacy program, reviews of privacy impact assessments, and other relevant data protection activities
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries (data subjects, customers, data protection authorities) about data protection and privacy policies and practices
• Act as an advocate for data protection, information security and data privacy, leading internal training and building awareness across the company
• Identify and assess security risks and implement information security and data privacy controls
• Responsible for maintaining all privacy related policies and standards

What distinguishes you

• Degree in law or economics or similar (legal knowledge needed)
• Demonstrable work experience and a proven track record of dealing with compliance, data protection and privacy issues
• Proven experience in the ability to operationalize privacy concepts into clear recommendations for business partners
• Strategic thinker with excellent legal and business judgment
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• English - excellent written and spoken language skills
