    · Previous recruitment experience – minimum 3 years;

    · English language skills – Advanced level;
    · Good knowledge of technical profiles specifics & requirements;

    · Highly organized and detail-oriented;

    · Must be a team player and resourceful;

    · Strong customer service skills;

    · Goal driven and self-motivated.

    · Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
    · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

    · Adaptability to new technology, programs and documents;

    · Ability to quickly review and update data;

    · Ability to follow up on tasks and ensure completion.


    · Design and implement overall sourcing strategy;

    · Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.;

    · Source and attract candidates by using databases, job boards, social media etc.;

    · Screen candidates resumes and job applications;

    · Conduct interviews using various selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;

    · Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;

    · Onboard new people in order to become fully operational;

    · Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during and after the selection process;

    · Deliver recruitment objectives in a timely manner.
