Fresh Graduates Program

For IT, Employee Services (Expatriates & Training Services) or Real Estate Asset & Project Management disciplines, there is the opportunity to take part in a one year graduate program in Global Solutions – the Shared Service Center of OMV Group – and mark your entrance in the Business Services Sector.

We are looking for fresh graduates in the following disciplines:

• IT: Graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics) or University Politehnica Bucharest /other university with technical profile (preferably Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science or Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology)
• Employee Services (Expatriates & Training Services): Graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), good German language skills are not mandatory, but are a plus
• Real Estate Asset & Project Management: Graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) or Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest

Requirements:

• Very good English language skills; for certain positions, German is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proactive attitude and interest in continuous improvement
• Willingness to make a difference in an environment where diverse opinions are valued
• Result oriented, analytical thinker, self-driven attitude, well organized, team player and eager to learn
