Sales Support Analyst

o Bachelor´s Degree
o 2-3 Years of experience, preferably in a similar role;
o Experience with Salesforce (reports and dashboards): data administration, manipulation, handling and analysing data;
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
o Strong attention to detail
o Fluent in English. German would be a big plus
o EMEA Sales Support team supports in local language all EMEAI Sales Teams in order to execute their business goals in the most efficient way by working in close liaison with other internal departments to ensure the accuracy of SFDC Quote entries until booking.
o As a Sales Support Analyst you will be helping the sales teams in CER with creating Opportunities and Quotes in Salesforce.com, by keeping an accurate track of sales reps’ activities and documents, ensuring in the same time the system integrity and the closing of the deals in a timely fashion.
o Coordinate with sales region personnel in opportunity creation/SFDC quote creation and order submission for direct space, and sometimes for indirect channel;
o Understand customer contracts and agreements to confirm quotes meet the requirements;
o Responsible for assisting in management and cleansing of sales database (Salesforce.com);
o Eliminating duplicates and irrelevant contacts, ensuring system integrity;
o Interface with Customer Ops teams, maintaining a high level of Reps satisfaction;
o Analyze and prepare reports that support quotes initiatives and territory deliverables;
o Partner with Deal Desk and Customer Ops to ensure that orders are booked correctly and in a timely fashion;
o Liaison with other internal departments as CRM, Legal, Finance to ensure the accuracy of the quotes ;
o Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities;
o Work to continually improve the quality and quantity of the SFDC Quotes entry process;
o Increase effectiveness, accuracy, and speed of all the process requirements;
o Develop and present recommendations to management;
o Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools;
o Lead projects to closure that are identified and defined in collaborations with Senior Management;
o Owns execution of the project and processes
