o Working towards a degree at an accredited university;
o Knowledge with Windows 7 and 10;
o Willing to learn new things;
o Any additional knowledge related to WMI, VBS, PowerShell or SCCM is a big plus;
o Fluent English is mandatory.

Your Team:

o You will be part of an experienced team willing to bring you up to speed and share their insights on the state-of-the-art technologies and tools that they use.

Your Impact:

o As part of the Desktop Tools Team, you can take the first steps in your IT career, you can gain experience while also making a difference on the quality and speed of the IT services offered throughout PTC by our team;
o You will have the opportunity to learn new things and use tools and technologies like SCCM, JAMF, App-V, MSI, VMWare, PowerShell, VBScript, Active Directory and others, while you’ll also get the chance to put your natural competencies in problem solving and analytical thinking to very good use.

Your Day-To-Day:

You will help your senior colleagues with activities related to:
o Windows security patching;
o Software packaging and testing;
o Enterprise OS Deployment;
o Solving incidents and problems that are assigned to the team.

This is a part-time/ full-time internship with a duration of 6 months.
