3+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst, experience with Web-based projects/services is an advantage;
Working knowledge of financial concepts is preferred ;
Understanding of systems engineering concepts;
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions;
Experience in managing databases and writing SQL queries;
Working knowledge of Excel, HTML and JavaScript is a plus;
Familiar with strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques;
Excellent judgement and analytical skills, multi-tasker, highly organized;
First class teamwork and knowledge-sharing. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work independently, hands-on and manage projects to completion;
Proven job accountability record.

Monitor your assigned system(s) daily and respond to security, downtime or usability concerns;
Receive and analyze help desk type requests for your system(s) to develop solutions or escalate for further investigation ;
Troubleshoot system integrations and perform data quality checks;
Own special projects as they arise and drive the implementation of continuous process improvement;
Conduct UAT and functional testing of system upgrades as needed;
Develop and deliver functional user training sessions;
Design and roll out reports, workflows and scripts as required;
Document, evaluate and automate business processes;
Demonstrate the ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a high priority basis.
