    Scope
    The Competitive Data Analyst (CDA) will focus on keeping the EMEA management
    and other relevant parties updated on the situation, strategies, tools and
    techniques used by our competitors in the region. This will include -but is not
    limited to- building and maintaining a full library about our competition across
    EMEA. This involves the biggest players on the market and also some identified
    local market players in countries like Germany, France, and UK.
    The main objective of the CDA will be to maximize revenue opportunities, by
    helping to shape a strategy and by assisting the Sales team in creating compelling
    competitive proposals.
    The Competitive Data Analyst will work closely with the regional Sales team and will
    focus on generating valuable insights for both our Sales and Pre-sales teams.
    He/she will be responsible for gathering relevant feedback from the market and
    from our competitors, by creating surveys for sales and presales teams to use when
    meeting with prospects. CDA will combine information from different data sources,
    assess and confidence-score information and actively research new information
    sources.
    The CDA will also work with our delivery teams to understand and document the
    regional footprint of our competitors’ delivery capabilities, providing visibility on
    their centres and competences, and keeping all information updated.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Driving profitable growth by developing market-relevant competitive data;
    • Accessing all available relevant sources of competitive data through online
    and offline research and networking;
    • Using these sources to generate and build a structured competitive data
    library and comparison;
    • Providing periodic competitor positioning reports and updates about relevant
    stakeholders;
    • Applying the data acquired to assist in our market positioning, especially with
    industry analysts;
    • Working closely with: Regional Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales for optimal
    assistance; Global Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales; Market Analysts;

    Required competence, experience and education
    • Good understanding of IT services and the outsourcing industry;
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in building competitive data
    libraries;
    • Strong analytical skills and excellent ability to present data in a structured and
    relevant way to stakeholders on different levels within the organisation;
    • Curious, questioning and tenacious attitude;
    • Ability to build networks and drive relationships to yield the desired results;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Master’s degree in IT, preferably with MBA, or equivalent experience;
    • Experience in sales / presales / delivery among the IT service industry.
    Required licenses and certifications
    • Education in competitive strategy, business, marketing, or an associated field.
