Take a look and imagine a day in GfK Romania! You will be responsible for:

Manage bidding with external suppliers on a daily basis according to our Global Project Services needs.
Handle individual RfQs from Global Project Services for external suppliers incl. costs, timing and feasibility.
Transfer requests from shopping cards into purchase orders in order to guarantee timely availability of services.
Requesting proactively confirmations for placed orders from suppliers and maintain information in the system.
Clarify differences between purchase order, delivered quantity and invoices in close cooperation with functional management, procurement and finance and amend purchase order data in the system if necessary.
Creating different financial reports requested by the manager.
