    • Graduated from university and/or postgraduate studies
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Good knowledge of HR processes and requirements
    • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP is an advantage)
    • Interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Teamwork and strong communication skills
    • Potential to grow into a managerial role
    • Good English knowledge (French is an advantage).

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the personnel administration (individual employment contracts, personnel files, necessary documents for the employment, additional documents)
    • Provides data entry and registration of the changes into the database
    • Updates and transmits on-line, in the legal term to ITM, the Electronic Register of Employee Evidence REVISAL, by registering the changes made in the database
    • Prepares SAP requisitions for all training sessions and related activities
    • Collaborates on the implementation and monitoring of internal training programs
    • Assists the onboarding program for the new employees
    • Collaborates within the recruitment and selection process (records and archives forms, resumes, drafts recruitment announcements, establishes the communication channel according to the situation, contacts candidates and schedules meetings for interviews for positions agreed with the hiring and HR Manager etc.)
    • Collaborates with the management in the process of writing and reviewing job descriptions
    • Collaborates to the organization of the events involving the company (events for employees, general presentations, "open days" events, job fairs, surveys etc.)
    • Manages (records, archive) training requests in the organization. Gathers all requests for and presents the annual training plan. Identifies providers of training in accordance with the training plan needs and presents them to the HRM. Is involved in the implementation of the approved training plan. Updates the employees training database.
    • Provides support to the Human Resources Manager in various other activities as required.
