    Cerinte

    Currently must be enrolled as bachelor or master student at Economic, Juridical, Administrative, Politics, European studies, Human Resources or other specialties
     Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English language – European C2 level
     Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
     Creative thinking skills with the ability to bringing new ideas around the table
     Work proactively with other team members on an international scale
     Able to work independently and take initiative when needed
     Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
     Very good presentation skills and detailed orientation
     Able to work with deadlines and priorities
     Strong interpersonal and problem

    Responsabilitati

    Create and document basic settings regarding global policies, processes, guidelines, procedures, regarding Compensation & Benefits system & frame
     Construct documentation and validate it with the global HR experts teams
     Handle aspects with confidentiality and manage sensitive data professionally
     Learn about global Compensation and Benefits systems & systematic
     Learn and practice how to document basic settings, frames and systematics before writing them
     Do research activities for specific topics regarding Compensation & Benefits by proof reading HR documents, including audits, handbooks, marketing info, benchmarks
     Prepare Word, Excel, Power Point documents and presentations
     Be exposed to assignments that will develop understanding of the Comp & Ben field
