    Key Activities:

    • Monitors the application of the department processes and procedures
    • Coordinates the activities of the team to ensure effective allocation of work and use of resources;
    • Manages monthly scheduling;
    • Monitor team performance and offers feedback;
    • Provides training to team members;
    • Improves quality and efficiency of the staff;
    • Resolves escalated queries/complaints;
    • Identifies ways to improve and streamline processes;
    • Ensures good communication with colleagues and management;
    • Prepares recurrent activity reports requested by the direct manager.


    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    • Experience of services or operations in the Travel/Hospitality industry;
    • Management/Supervisory experience is considered an advantage;
    • Proven people and leadership skills;
    • Excellent organising skills and ability to prioritise;
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
    • Problem solving skills;
    • Attention to details;
    • Team oriented;
    • Customer oriented;
    • Negotiation skills;
    • Advanced knowledge of English language;
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
