- Monitors the application of the department processes and procedures
- Coordinates the activities of the team to ensure effective allocation of work and use of resources;
- Manages monthly scheduling;
- Monitor team performance and offers feedback;
- Provides training to team members;
- Improves quality and efficiency of the staff;
- Resolves escalated queries/complaints;
- Identifies ways to improve and streamline processes;
- Ensures good communication with colleagues and management;
- Prepares recurrent activity reports requested by the direct manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of services or operations in the Travel/Hospitality industry;
- Management/Supervisory experience is considered an advantage;
- Proven people and leadership skills;
- Excellent organising skills and ability to prioritise;
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Attention to details;
- Team oriented;
- Customer oriented;
- Negotiation skills;
- Advanced knowledge of English language;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
