    ✓ 1.5-2 years recruitment experience in a SSC environment
    ✓ Understanding/knowledge of the Netherlands, UK recruiting market: major plus
    ✓ English: advanced
    ✓ Bachelor’s degree (ideally Psychology)
    ✓ A working knowledge of MS Word/Excel;
    ✓ Has a strong focus on delivering results, while considering people the most valuable asset
    ✓ Focused on details and good organizational skills;
    ✓ Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations;
    ✓ Ability to work on own initiative, be creative, and under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPI’s;
    ✓ Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures.

    ✓ Market research, analysis and supports the implementation of an in-house shared service center on recruitment
    ✓ Defines and continuously improves the recruitment and selection process in an in-house shared service center
    ✓ Elaborates strategies, methods and working models
    ✓ Identify the most successful recruitment channels based in the specific of the country
    ✓ Analysis of conversion rates, data and strategy implementation
    ✓ Defines Kpi’s for the shared service center
    ✓ Builds partnerships key stakeholders for both operations and support departments
    Within the first 6 months, until a recruitment SSC is build, will also have the following responsibilities:
    ✓ Recruiting for the Netherlands and the UK market as part of a new project
    ✓ Sourcing candidates, contacting them and setting up interviews
    ✓ Participating in interviews with managers
