University degree;
English language (advanced level);
MS Office knowledge;
Programming knowledge (PHP, SQL)
Analytical and well organized person;
Teamwork player;

Develops and actively participates in implementation of new tools/systems that improve the working process;
Monitors on a daily basis the proper functioning of the systems and databases already in place and ensure support in case of anomalies;
Analyzes and understands the need of developing new systems in areas that are not covered by a support tool and proposes a solution for each need detected;
Offers specific training to the users of the systems developed and maintains open the communication with them ensuring a continuos improvement;
Ensures all the required support for implementing the solutions developed locally to another site of the group and offers consultancy related to adapting the systems to the specific of each plant;
