    Requirements

    Job requirements:

    University degree, Economic background, preferably
    Minimum one year experience in NN (even in Data-entry)
    English skills (speaking and writing)

    Responsibilities

    Job responsibilities:

    Process the subscription forms on P2 continuous subscription process and transfer between pension funds in the IT system according to specific P2 bylaws;

    Updates the participants' personal data based on the customers' requests and the procedures in place;
    If the documents received cannot be processed or other documents are needed stays in touch with the marketing agent in order to solve accordantly the participants' request;

    Prepares and checks specific reports performed within the division (eg: daily reports for obtaining the participants' confirmation regarding the signature from the subscription forms received; monthly reports that are sent to ASF and sectorial pension houses in order to validate the continuous subscription forms, the transfers or the participants' personal data changes; prepare specific reports for the sales force);

    Process the contributions received from the National Pension Houses and sectorial pension houses;

    Confirms the sums that have to be transferred between the Fund's accounts on transfer IN, transfer Out and collection process;

    Upload in the IT system the participants received from the Pensions Houses on lottery process;

    Draws up specific letters for participants/agents when is needed;

    Manages the authorization and reauthorization process for P2 marketing agents;

    Plans and organize the training activities for marketing agents;

    Performs all the agents' data changes received from the sales force;

    Performs all the activities related to termination of the agent contract;

    Manage the payment process for marketing agents' commissions;

    Draws up specific letters for the marketing agents according with the marketing agents' request;

    Sends and receives specific reports to the ASF in order to get the agents authorization;

    Changes in the IT system the structure of the sales force based on the Sales Force management request;

    Executes double check activities in order to assure the correctness of the transactions' performed;

    Comes up with recommendations in order to streamline the divisions activities;

    Participates in the company's projects;

    Performs UAT activities.
