TAX SPECIALIST

•3+ years general tax experience, including payroll taxes, multi-state processing;
•Knowledge of taxation on pay and deduction codes;
•Experience rolling out and conducting UAT on tax software is a plus;
•Public Accounting experience;
•Payroll experience;
•Knowledge of Broadcast exemptions.

•Liaises with the corporate tax department to fulfill the tax related requests;
•Provides operational payroll analysis;
•Sets up taxes;
•Manages the sales and uses tax filings;
•Manages the municipal registrations, expat tax and VAT tax filings;
•Prepares amended returns as needed;
•Responsible for ensuring the balance quarterly and annual filings;
•Assists in drawing the year-end balancing.
