    Requirements

    Four our partner, a fast growing company with multiple software and infrastructure projects running in parallel, with great teams situated in Romania, France, Switzerland, Spain and the UK we are looking for a Recruiter.

    • Is one of the leading online reservations platforms;
    • Inspires ambitious people to achieve professional greatness;
    • Has a young and dynamic team of more than 450 colleagues from different countries working together in our office in Bucharest

    Main responsibilities:

    • Researching and using time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees;
    • Using proactive and various search methods to source candidates, including advertising, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and personal networking;
    • The search for new, alternative sources of recruitment;
    • Arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements;
    • Identifies, checks and measures competences of candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, personality, linguistic tests;
    • Coordinating start dates for new hires;
    • Keeps necessary statistics for every realized project, based on accepted indicators;
    • After completion of one recruitment process, gives feedback to all candidates who participated in it;
    • Develops a positive and lasting relationships with local candidates in the labour market.


    Responsibilities

    Your desired profile is:

    • Advanced level of English.
    • Similar job experience – minimum 1,5 years.
    • Practical knowledge of methods of recruitment and selection of candidates.
    • Good knowledge of variety recruitment tools.
    • Good knowledge & expertise in employer branding.
    • Extrovert personality, professional appearance.
    • Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information.
