Legal Counsel – Data Protection Area

General requirements:
• Bachelor of Law;
• Master degree on law represents an advantage;
• Formation courses in the GDPR area;
• Knowledge of data protection law (GDPR, the Guidelines issued by WP29, Law no. 506/2004);
• Relevant knowledge of civil law, commercial law, telecom law, consumer protection law;
• Prior experience of 4 years in the field of legal consultancy regarding data protection, civil law, commercial law, consumer protection law (precedent activity in a multinational company may be a plus);
• Experience in managing professional communication with external consultants, supervisory authorities, Courts of Law, public institutions;
• Experience on litigations is a plus;
• Career-oriented, communication abilities, ability to meet deadlines, self-starter, positive attitude.

General responsabilities:
• Legal support on data protection area to the internal clients and external clients (individuals and legal entities);
• Legal visa on responses related to the complaints submitted by individuals and legal entities;
• Liaison with the competent bodies and external consultants;
• The administration of the internal soft regarding the data processing activities;
• Legal representation before the competent bodies, Courts of Law.
