Quality System Engineer - Timis

Valeo Timisoara is part of the Visibility Systems and began lighting production in September 2005, growing annually, with about 1500 employees today. Production is divided into three units: Original Equipment (OEM), Aftermarket - Service Market (AFM) and Special Products (SP).

In our manufacturing plant, we produce front and rear lighting systems that work with the latest technology and use complex injection, coating, varnishing, metallization and assembly processes.

Mission:

Manage and maintain a Quality System in accordance with Automotive industry referential ISO/TS.

Graduate in technical/quality field;
Previous experience in quality is an advantage;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Advanced level of English (spoken & written);
Good communication, analyzing and problem solving skills.

Maintain the quality system with respect to the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and Valeo 5000;
Offer support and guidance to other departments in the application of the quality assurance system;
Organize and follow-up of the quality audit system in accordance with the audit program;
Perform any internal audits that allow for detect and highlight differences from the standard, as auditor qualifications;
Ensure the preparation of IATF 16949 (re) certification audit and perform appropriate pre-audits;
Prepare the Quality Management Periodic Report;
Perform self-assessments (self-audits) in accordance with customer requirements;
Ensure that internal procedures / internal policies are in line with customer requirements and the automotive industry;
Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
