Internal Communication Officer

Young graduate with a Master’s degree from a Business School, you are looking for a first position starting June/July 2018 with high responsibility in the field of Internal Communication.
You ideally have a first experience in a similar environment.
Solution and client-oriented, you are known for your good communication skills and know how to be responsive and proactive at work.
You are creative and curious with brand identity sensibility.
You have good written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
You master the following software: Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffect.

You will join the Marketing department of the group and be integrated to the Internal Communication department. You will be in charge of:
• Creation of the Group Newsletter send every month
o Gather and create original content (videos, ITW…)
o Coordination of design creation (exchange with the design center when needed)
o Highlight the information through our other communication channels (TV, Homepage…)
o Analyze deeply the datas we need and take actions according to it

• Work closely with the external team
o Elaboration of an internal/external strategy content
o Gathering info
o Push content on our internal tools

• Animation of the Corporate Social Network at a group level when launched
o Building a digital post plan// Community Management

• Internal communication campaigns
o Benchmark and creation of communication plans to help employees understand what others are doing
o Participation to the campaign from A to Z
o Content/visual creation
o Animation of our internal communication channel: Amaris TV, Homepage, Internal Social Network, Official mail, etc.
o Analyze the results of the campaign

• Creation : Internal blog
o Create a place where to find all the content: interviews, articles, (newsletters?)
o Build the mockup
o Work with the technical people on it (digital team, IT team)
o Generate a constant and adapted content
o Identify ambassadors/writer communities inside the group to generate technical/job related/trendy content

• Participation in our different video projects: concept elaboration, shooting, editing



You will closely work on these projects with the Marketing department and be in relation with all the departments of the group.
You will also follow a practical training and coaching during your integration process in the group.
