Job Function: Manufacturing & Operations



Job Purpose

The role is responsible for projects on-time and within budgeted costs delivery by organizing the contributing resources from the Cluj Rosemount European Solutions Center. The Project Manager is the main liaison for the project with the Sales Office, PMO, and Customer.

Responsibilities

- Create project plan for each project and follow up during the execution phase;
- Organize periodical meetings with all key stakeholders to meet the project goals;
- Follows the cost plan execution;
- Follows the projects scope changes and raises adders, where the case is;
- Organize Kick-off meetings with all the interest parties and assures clarification off all the key subjects;
- Organize lesson learned exercises;
- Contributes with information regarding the status of the projects to plan the Sales Phasing;
- Contributes with information regarding the status of the project for the Capacity Planning conducted by the Planning Manager;
- Develops and communicates adapted project management tools to engineers that are carrying out Project management activities;
- As part of the management team, participate in and proposes improvement projects.


Requirements

- University degree in technical field (Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum 3 years with Analytical Systems Design and Execution;
- Experience in project management activities, preferable PM certified (e.g. PMI);
- Strong technical understanding of process engineering and instrumentation;
- Knowledge of applications in petrochemical, chemical, refining, LNG industries and power industries;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills;
- Knowledge about MS Office package, email, internet;
- Languages: verbal and written English language skills;
- Ability to work in a team.
