    Description

     
    Assists the AP team and registers trade and Interco invoices. Apply the bank payments to the correct invoices and offers support to the collection team in diminishing the unallocated amounts. Offers financial support to the other members of the Financial team.
     
    Responsibilities
     
    • AR bank booking(apply the payments on a daily basis and enter the unallocated amounts in the Excel file that needs to be checked daily).
    • AP Interco invoices booking
    • AP supplier invoices booking
    • Send confirmation letter to customers (when needed)
    • Send copy invoices to customers
    • Send aging report to CSR so that they can check if payment was received from a customer before releasing new orders
    • Run ad-hoc reports when needed by the Finance team
    Requirements
     
    • University degree;
    • At least 2 years of experience in Finance
    • Fluent in spoken and written English;
    • Microsoft Excel;
    • Analytical skills, attention to details;
    • Flexible attitude, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization;
    • Pro-active, able to identify and handle priorities.
