    Responsibilities

    •     Assesses and improves project management throughout the organization;
    •     Standardizes project management practices throughout the organization;
    •     Improves communication and decision-making, so that projects achieve strategic objectives;
    •     Ensures that all projects follow standards mandated by executives;
    •     Delivering training and mentoring project team members;
    •     Managing dependencies across multiple projects;
    •     Generation of status updates and prepare project management presentations;
    •     Evaluate and document the progress and results of the projects;
    •     Track evidence of work documentations;
    •     Support monthly reviews by preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis;
    •     Language Support to translate German requests into English.

    Requirements

    •     At least 1 year experience in working with German speakers;
    •     Experience in working in an international environment;
    •     Must be fluent in English & German, both written and spoken;
    •     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
    •     Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint);
    •     Project business basics and project planning ability;
    •     Ability to analyze and present information;
    •     Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities;
    •     Team Player.
