    University degree in Economic, Marketing, Business Administration or Technical field;
    At least 2 years experience on a similar position would be an advantage;
    Excellent knowledge of the English language;
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    Strong planning and organizing skills;
    Positive and solution oriented.


    Manages the agenda of General Manager;
    Manages the documents and the mail for the entire Office and for the General Manager;
    Organizes company’s events and protocol activities;
    Manages business meetings and colleagues' business traveling;
    Monitors bids and provides support in preparing offers for bids in SEAP;
    Prepares various reports and contracts for sales and suppliers;
    Collaborates with other departments and provides back-up for Operational/Logistics department when needed.
