Learning & Development Specialist

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years in L&D or HR systems support role or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced communication skills in English.

Job responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social learning platform functional queries
Be the first point of escalation for queries and technical issues with the company’s social learning platform
Work closely with the Digital Learning Architect to unpublish learning content and learning paths based on priorities and rules of user engagement numbers
Act as an advisor to the content authors to ensure the quality, experience and relevancy of the material based on guiding principles
Maintain skills database
Manage the process for content shared by authors that are no longer with the company to determine the best course of action
Support the testing and launch of new functionality for the platform
Be a support person for new authors who are publishing content and learning paths
