Finance Team

The Finance team at DXC Technology provides world class decision support, driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. 
We provide to our stakeholders accurate and relevant information, on a timely manner, in order to ensure that operational excellence is met and both internal and external targets are reached. 

We do more than the ‘usual’ reporting (eg. month-end-close, forecasting, budgeting and cash-flow analyses ) – we partner with our business in all stages of the life-cycle of an account – we shape the deal, we driving the financials for the ongoing phase and we ensure that renewals are won.  

Order to Cash Team

The OTC team at DXC Technology is one of the few cross functional organizations that drive exceptional customer centric culture blended with OTC Domain expertise, stakeholder engagement and a laser sharp focus on optimal service delivery to our clients.

Procurement Team

DXC Technology’s Procurement team consists of a group of experts who provide a wide range of services to all project participants involved or interested in the activities relating to the purchasing of materials, HW, SW, Services for project implementations.
Our team negotiates with private/government contractors regarding prices and delivery terms on the one hand, and communicates with the project management team regarding necessary procurement items, technical specifications and requirements from the another hand.

Procurement team treats for the major activities of chain management including logistics and contract management. It makes sure that the activities are carried out in line with current legislation and existing requirements of the project. 
We are responsible for maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.

The team is committed to providing expert advice and supporting procurement definition best practices regarding all aspects of existing business policies and contract management procedures, including orders and deliveries, financial regulations, quality requirements.

Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst provides complex financial analysis for a financial function business 
Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope
Forecasts financial results within a broad scope
Partners with the business in leading and/or driving initiatives, that cross multiple sub-functions within finance 

OTC (Order To Cash) Financial and Billing Analyst 

The OTC (Order To Cash) analyst supports end to end project management/financial support for the services offered by DXC Technology to its client.
The roles are exciting as they entail cross functional interactions across Finance, Delivery organisation and business teams, acting as single point of contact for DXC clients throughout their relationship. 
The Analysts have both tactical and strategic role to play in  the accounts they lead/support, bringing in all the necessary stakeholders to create “Best in Class” service offered.

Collection Analyst with French or German

The Collection Analyst is responsible for building a close relationship with a portfolio of assigned customers (by phone and email) 
Analyse and research customer's receivables account delinquency and determine the type of communication method to facilitate payment
Identify, negotiate, implement payment solutions and overcome customer process inefficiencies 

Procurement Operations Analyst

The procurement Operations Analyst is a subject matter expert in procurement processes, systems and strategies
Coordinates and is responsible for a correct placement and fulfilment of Purchase Orders 
Offers customer support and issue resolution for finance related queries/follow up on all overdue payments
Analyses and negotiates offers for purchases

Strategic Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist supports a complex supply chain sub-category, including data and industry analysis
Supports supplier selection activities. Drives supply base optimization for all requests under $100k
Negotiates with moderately complex suppliers
Is responsible for day-to-day operations of moderately complex suppliers

Supply Chain Business Partner

Participates in the development of and executes action plans to meet global supply chain strategies
Recommends and executes supply chain strategies to support new offerings, improve service and reduce costs
Leads work groups from across the enterprise to address complex interdisciplinary issues affecting significant business issues
Provides expert supply chain perspective and makes recommendations to Supply Chain management and business colleagues.
