Why did you move? How did the associates receive the news?

The ADP growth on the local market was intense in the last 2 years. Today, we have 300 employees and we are still growing. We wanted a more attractive space for our team, with more facilities and a better location. The young ADP team has adapted quickly  and the feedback we received was more than great.

What is the selection process at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Romania and how can a candidate prepare for it?

We screen all the applications carefully and identify the profiles that match our criteria and actual job descriptions in terms of experience, technical & language skills. Each and every candidate selected for a project will go through several interviews where his/her skills will be tested.
We are also interested in finding educated and passionate people with very good communication skills, motivated, willing to develop inside the company and focused on teamwork.
Candidates should be informed on ADP globally, read the job description thoroughly,  be prepared to address questions and know how to sell themselves in a very professional way possible.

Which are the biggest challenges of the Recruitment department?

We can definitely say the technical and foreign language skills. At the moment, there is a small number of people on the market that have technical background and experience along with foreign languages knowledge.

What advice would you have for a young graduate who dreams to work at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Romania? But for a senior?

To a young graduate we would say be outstanding, be creative, curios and strive for more.
We would encourage a senior to bring to the table as much as he/she can from their previous experience, to never forget there is always room for self-improvement and that ADP encourages talent in every shape.

How does Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Romania help to grow as a senior?

Diversity is one of ADP’s pillars and as mentioned before the company encourages talent and will provide full support to a senior employee in his career path. We find our industry challenging which is why we need the know-how and the wisdom of experienced people. We are focused on technical and language skills. We have openings that are available on dedicated websites and will be available at this fair. Applicants should just come check our booth and will get the chance to interact with our Ambassadors and find out more on what ADP Romania is all about.

Which is the ADP retention strategy?
