#1 How do you recruit top talent?
We do our recruiting in a different number of ways and we try not to leave any path unbeaten. We post the newly opened positions on our website and on popular job sites, such as www.hipo.ro.
We’re also very keen on social hiring – just take a look at our dedicated social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You can also check out this cool map to search for jobs in your area of interest.
One of our top sources for hiring is via Oracle employee referrals. Of course, we always host and attend networking events and career fairs, where potential employees can talk to recruiters and hiring managers face-to-face. We also recruit at a university near you!
#2 What kind of jobs do you have available?
Oracle is looking for talent in varied fields of expertise: finance, logistics, customer service, HR, management, communications & marketing, retail, design, consulting, but our biggest focus is on Cloud development and sales. #3 What’s the recruiting process and how long does it take?
The first step is for you to apply. If your resume matches the skills and experience required for the role, you will be contacted by a Recruiter for a preliminary phone interview. Depending on the role, what follows next can differ. You can expect a series of technical and/or job-skills related interviews with your hiring superiors. You may also have the opportunity to interview with the team you will support.
If you successfully nail all of these interviews, you’ve reached the finish line. Now, all that’s left is the pre-employment screening process.
