  • Work-life balance - 22 vacation days in a year and depending on your role you will have an additional 3 days per year. After 3 years in the company you will receive an extra day off.
  • Ending the year with a 13th salary bonus, prorated according to the number of the worked months during the year you join.
  • We offer a private health insurance package with access to clinics around the country, covering premium services in terms of prevention, treatment, diagnosis and special medical needs.
  • A monthly budget of 600 RON for you to invest as you choose in: meal vouchers, private pension, travel packages, or buying vouchers at +2000 providers.
