Although no previous experience is required, ideal candidates should have a natural flair for numbers, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Engineers, Scientists and Economics degrees are favored but other disciplines 
are also welcome. MBA's are encouraged to apply. Candidates should enjoy a dynamic and young ambitious environment.
We do not expect you to have detailed knowledge about markets or products as we provide a training course to our new recruits.
Job Profile
The job involves trading analysis of derivatives on international financial markets covering major global exchanges. All the activity is financed by the group itself. The job presents a unique opportunity to Romanians to work in the exotic field of derivatives in the world's most liquid and well developed markets.

2) Attend the presentation
Your application is reviewed to ensure that you meet our criteria for recruitment.
The application will be acknowledged and you will be invited to our office to attend a presentation
in order to better understand our industry and the if the GHF opportunity fits your career plan.
Please note that only selected candidates will be invited to attend a presentation. The selection will be made from all candidates that complete the online application.
3) Tests
Each presentation is followed by two tests which are specially designed
to identify those skills a successful trader should posses.
4) Interview
If you pass the threshold of both tests, you will be invited to the interview.
