When a department would like to build future specialists or managers in a certain function, then it requires hiring a functional trainee.

In Kraft Foods Romania you could always find functional trainees. Their main objective is to learn and support the processes of a certain department, come with innovative ideas on how to work more effectively and how this specific department interacts with other.

First trainee joined Kraft Foods in 1996 and since then we hired 71 trainees.

• 53% of the former trainees are still active in Kraft Foods reached either managerial or respected specialists positions
• 56% of the all trainees reached either managerial or respected specialists positions
• 14% of all trainees worked internationally in assignments.
