The main criteria for our company in Romania are:

1. Foreign language skills (English and a second European language – fluent level)
2. Previous work experience
3. Previous extra-curricular experience (NGOs, Student Associations)

In addition to these basic requirements, it is, of course, always preferable though not compulsory to have a University degree or equivalent with good academic results and exposure to various business tools.

It is always possible that for the same project, candidates with and without experience might be selected as profile requirements are multiple and varied, we would therefore recommend that you contact us and discuss specific situations and qualifications.

To conclude, the most important criterion is ATTITUDE: self-confidence and positive thinking.
