QUALIFICATIONS:

* University degree
* Computer literate – Windows, MS Office, email and Internet
* Experience using online applications for administrative/operational processes
* Strong communication skills in English and German * High degree of data accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
* Able to understand business process flows
* Occasional work required evenings, weekends and/or holidays, particularly around quarter end.

Responsabilitati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as primary backoffice support for one or more OU countries
* Manage the enrolment process for customer orders, including review and data entry
* Direct contact with customers and sales reps to address order entry issues
* Monitor and maintain email and web queues
* Run, analyse and distribute various reports to the business
* Place orders for supplies based on upcoming business
* Additional projects, as needed
* Operate in line with Oracle policies and procedures
