BRAINSPOTTING is a Human Resources Consulting company specialized in the Recruitment of professionals in the area of Information Technology and Communications (IT&C).

We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

Cerinte

• University degree in computer science.
• +3-5 years professional experience in IT - applications administration and support. Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Minimum experience in team coordination.
• Good knowledge and extensive experience in the specific field of applications management.
• Experience in planning operational activities, organization and prioritization.
• English language (written and spoken) - advanced level.
• Good analytical and communication skills. Excellent relationship skills for developing and maintaining a professional relationship. Ability to give and receive feedback consistently and in a constructive manner.
• Ability to identify, analyze and eliminate risks.

Responsabilitati

• Coordinating the current activity of the assigned team.
• Developing work processes, procedures and monitoring their application; permanent optimization and development of both processes and activities of the coordinated team.
• Participation in projects of implementation of new procedures in the department.
• Ensuring the preservation of relevant knowledge and the extension of this knowledge to the team.
• Overseeing the application of the Service Center working standards.
• Mediation and alignment of objectives and technical/expertise solutions between different areas of expertise, teams and departments.
• Providing support in achieving results in projects involving at least one member of his team.
