In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

- Previous customer services experience is desirable, as is the ability to speak foreign languages.
- Depending on designated market/markets, fluency in English and the following language is essential: Dutch
- The jobholder should be positive, well organised and used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy
- A strong numerical background is essential, as is the ability to communicate to all levels of staff and develop strong team working relationships

Responsabilitati

- Act as a point of contact for the European organisation of the company, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Customer relationship, provide an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies all customer requirements through interface with all functions (Masterdata, Finance, Banking Operations etc), drive short term improvements with the customers on operational processes.
- Communicate the progress of the resolution of the problems and supply information, monitoring customer complaints and drive resolution
- Ensuring that all Masterdata additions, changes and deletions are either, [A] actioned by the team, or [B] received from the end market (eg T&E) on a timely basis, and the system is accurately & promptly maintained.
- Support the Finance Service Desk Manager with any other ad-hoc activities, such as delivering complex work requirements
