Requirements:

• Fluency in English and one of the following: German, Portuguese;
• Highly customer oriented;
• Responsible, mature and very punctual person;
• Flexibility and team-working oriented;
• Very good IT knowledge;
• Availability for working in shifts.

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer IT demands via Voice / Non-Voice;
• Handling emails / webcases , translating them into the appropriate language, depending on customer requirements;
• Documenting cases for each incident;
• Troubleshooting IT problems.
