Cerinte

- Degree in mechanical engineering with a background/experience in hydro
power (turbines and/or steel works)
- Ideally 2 years relevant work experience
- International experience, cross-cultural qualifications beneficial
- Willingness to quickly acquire knowledge about Turkish legal and market environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German; Turkish language skill welcome
- Intercultural sensitivity and openness, confident attitude
- Team player, project and result oriented

- Willingness to work in Germany and/or in international projects

Responsabilitati

The key tasks will be to develop wind and hydro projects, build the plants, followed by operations in Germany and – in the future – possibly in other countries with a focus on Turkey.
You will be responsible for the mechanical parts of hydro projects. In our Engineering department we offer you interesting tasks with the focus on:
- Develop all projects in compliance with national/international standards and that they are suitable for license process
- Conduct the detailed engineering studies (Feasibility Studies) and site surveys for the projects in the company portfolio
- Planning, budgeting and tendering of projects; develop all contracts including
engineering, purchasing and construction in coordination with other departments
- Contract, lead and control external consultants
- Cooperation with subcontractors, their guidance and supervision
- Prepare projects technically in a format that is suitable for license process in close contacts with Project Development
- Keeping of close interaction with key interfaces at the parent company (e.g. technical support from EnBW)
- Responsibility for technical decisions
