Cerinte

- Business/economics/or mathematics degree
- Experience as underwriter in reinsurance or primary insurance
- Ideal: experience in industrial property insurance or long-term-business
- Experience in negotiating with brokers and risk managers
- Knowledge of risk assessment, pricing/modeling, structuring and broker-
/company-wordings
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Fluent business English; knowledge of German and/or another language
advantageous
- Willingness to travel, high level of intercultural awareness
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsabilitati

- Risk assessment, pricing and underwriting complex proportional and nonproportional treaties/risks
- Conducting negotiations with policyholders and brokers
- Optimising results and market share, exploiting up- and cross-selling potential
- Conducting market, potential and portfolio analyses and contributing to the
Annual Planning
- Support business development initiatives
- Administration of the responsible treaties/risks including monitoring of the
budget
- Participating in departmental and cross-departmental working groups as required
