In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

• Romanian
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and Accounting programs)
• University degree, ideally with focus on Economics, Finance or Accounting;
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a simillar position
• Experience in forecasting and taxation issues
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
• A hands on professional with the ability to put things in structure
• Self-starter and able to motivate teams to produce high quality performance and reporting within tight timeframes
• Communication: ability to effectively present information to top management, recognise problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, ability to establish excellent communication with every employee regardless of position
• With developed and natural leadership abilities, the person should be a self-confident, assertive and reliable doer with a strong financial and analytical background
• A reliable and sharing team member, capable of coaching, he/ she should assume responsibility, be energetic and dedicated
• Able to see ‘the big picture’, the person should possess the ability to communicate and transfer knowledge with great attention in meeting deadlines and respecting company norms
• Strongly target-oriented, decision-maker
• The person should be ambitious, open minded, strong professional, eager to grow along with the company

Responsabilitati

• Develop and introduce planning, budgeting and controlling of all financial and accounting activities of the company
• Manage the preparation of the yearly budget, budget reviews and supervise budget execution
• Provide cashflow management and manage the relationship with banks
• Lead and optimize financial and accounting activities (financial analysis and control, taxation and financial legislation, budgets, treasury)
• Lead quartely financial forecasting and analysis in Financial Department
• Prepare financial reports and related presentations for company management
• Ensure that accounting and reporting is prepared in accordance with Romanian legislation
• Supervise and check the financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit&Loss Statement, Cash Flow, Budget) and discuss the results with executive management
• Propose cost reduction and efficiency measures and discussing them with executive management
• Coordinate of the entire finance - accounting and finance control activity
• Assist and help company managers in financial matters
• Ensure safe archiving and confidentiality of data according to existing procedures
• Ensure a fair and objective evaluation of subordinates within the Financial Department
• Coach and motivate team members to carry out the various tasks and activities
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting towards company management
• Signal and take necesarry measures to remedy financial problems;
• Represent the company in its relations with third-party bodies: beneficiaries, banks, suppliers, etc., and also with fiscal and control authorities
• Act within the limits of policies, objectives and procedures in force
• Respect deadlines of each activity
