In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

Cerinte

Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 years of relevant technical experience with customer related jobs
• Previous experience with wireless systems is mandatory
• Previous experience in integrating OSS/BSS systems is mandatory
• Previous experience in networking and familiarity with TCP/IP and VoIP
• Experience with handling customers
• Self motivated with excellent team-work capabilities
• Serviceability and excellent human relations
• Prior pre-sales / project management experience will be a definite plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilitati

• Provides the single point interface back to the company’s product teams Serve as the Technical Manager for the project, as part of the project team
• Promotes and sustains a high-level of communication between all teams to ensure customer challenges and opportunities are clearly understood and addressed
• The TAM's role is to understand the customer’s business goals and technical environments and to be available for direct consultation
• Implements and supports customer loyalty, retention, and communication programs
• Manage the customer’s support service needs with specialized deliverable. Listens to Customer needs and determines how company's products can be applied to solve those needs, communicates proposed solutions which have direct application and significant benefits, and gains the Customer's confidence that the proposed solutions will be successful
• Establishes and maintains executive level relationships with customers
• Document and respond to Customer inquiries and problems while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identifies Professional Services opportunities and sells services that promote expanded use of company’s products across the customer's network
