In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Education and Experience Required
5+ years experience in a relevant business role
Good knowledge and understanding of the ESSN Value products and the business environment in which they operate
Proven experience into international projects and ability to accomplish your goals remotely
Knowledge and Skills Required
Thorough understanding of the IT and Services Industry
Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions with the emphasis on the services components
Manage multiple medium-size projects simultaneously
Leadership skills to manage and drive country business teams
Actively participates in developing long-term service strategy for the CEE region
Fluent in English
Responsabilitati
Analyze and incorporate new market trends and opportunities into the business strategy
Develop and drive Breakthrough Programs to obtain Best in Class performance
Ensure availability of the appropriate Care Pack portfolio, pricing and discount structure
Work closely with and support of country EPS Leads
Close alignment with the CEE EPS Volume Lead, CEE TS Sales and CEE TSD
Maintain and develop the cooperation with the ESSN product category managers
Support the ESSN Sales and G1K account teams in accomplishing their Care Pack quota; they are the major selling force of Care Packs
Full embedding of Care Packs into the ESSN & G1K End2End sales process; a Care Pack should be treated as a product accessory

The CEE Enterprise Product Support Value Lead is responsible for driving profitable Care Pack revenue growth by increasing Care Pack attachment and penetration rate of the value related ESSN products, BCS, SWD Value, Software and Blades.
