In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Knowledge and Skills
Design major complex Services solutions requiring a high degree of customization of different IT infrastructure support services and / or multi region
SAP/Oracle implementation would be a plus
Leading role in preparing solutions for proposals and bids
Be able to translate the customer needs into a process-based solution based on the ITSM methodology
Lead the handover of the support solution from the presales through to the implementation phase to ensure that we deliver against our proposal commitments
Identify financial implications and dependencies
Identify levels of risk and risk mitigation contingencies
Position solution offering against the competition
Effective presentation skills (speaking effectively, adjusting messages to audience level
Negotiation skills
Be able to lead negotiations of service solutions within deals and understand the business consequences of decisions to set the limits and advise the business management / Sales / Pursuit Teams.
Manage internal reviews and contribute to Solution Opportunity Approval and Review (SOAR) process for medium to large opportunities
Build rapport and trust with client
Responsabilitati
A Solution Architect (SA) within HP is responsible for scoping and designing a service solution from an identified client business need.
The SA works consultatively at all levels of the client to identify business drivers, requirements, aspirations and constraints. The SA applies industry knowledge and expertise to translate these client requirements into compelling architecture and/or service solutions.
In identifying and developing opportunities the role involves working proactively with Sales, Marketing, Delivery Operations and all HP-S businesses to ensure early and seamless connections to opportunities.
The SA is additionally responsible for identifying and using the capabilities of external business partners to complement HP capabilities.
The SA identifies and communicates the financial implications and dependencies of the solution and is able to position the offering against the competition. In responding to formal requests the SA provides input to the client proposal and presentation and is key in creating appropriate Value Propositions for each of the key stakeholder groups.
Once an opportunity is won, the SA leads the handover of the support solution from the presales through to the implementation phase to ensure that HP delivers against our proposal commitments.
