-3 languages (English mandatory, mother tongue and another European language)

Responsabilitati

We are looking for individuals with leadership potential who are at their early stage and have the capability to make a significant difference to the current and the future performance of DuPont. The European Operations Field Program lasts 5 to 6 years. As a regular employee of DuPont, you will work in 3 different businesses, in at least three different assignments in the area of Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer and Shift Supervisor. At the end of this program, you will be trained for a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or for a Lean Certification. You will have the possibility to be assigned in the following countries: Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France and Eastern Europe.

There is no deadline when accepted candidates may enter the program.

The target position at the end of the program is a managerial position in Operations.
