BRAINSPOTTING is a Human Resources Consulting company specialized in the Recruitment of professionals in the area of Information Technology and Communications (IT&C).

We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

Cerinte

1. University degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant major
2. At least 3 years experience/exposure to industry and business processes as project manager;
3. Experience in coordinating and supervising large development or implementation teams
4. Experience in preparation and controlling budgets;
5. Knowledge of various methodologies (Agile, Oracle OUM,IBM RUP, etc.);
6. Very good organizational, planning and strong business analytical skills;
7. Very well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills;
8. Natural leader with strong ability to motivate, manage and support a team;
9. English - fluent
10. Availability for travel and temporary relocation in Dubai / Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilitati

1. Supervising contracts and monitoring all project phases along with necessary deliverables.
2. Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients and other parties involved in the project.
3. Developing a core understanding regarding the developed solution within the project scope.
4. Working with both technical and functional teams in order to facilitate a better understanding of the core developed solution.
5. Participating along with work groups in project development and implementation meetings.
6. Formalizing business requirements into analysis documents and modeling business processes, estimating task duration and setting deadlines, allocating resources and tasks, implementing testing methodologies and anticipating risks.
